Christian Wiggs
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), FOUNDER
An emerging polymath in the music industry, Christian Wiggs is a vocalist, bandleader, lyricist, producer, director, artist manager, educator, record label executive, founder and CEO of Bandstand Presents and host of “Jazz Tonight” on PBS.
Born to a choreographer, Wiggs’ immersion into theatre and the jazz tradition has led to a remarkable career as an artist, leading and featured with ensembles on prolific stages such as Birdland, Blue Note, Dizzy’s Club and SXSW.
Producing chart topping records for the most sought-after names in jazz including Emmet Cohen (JazzWeek #1), Benny Benack (JazzWeek #2) and Steven Feifke (JazzWeek #8), Wiggs manages GRAMMY and Tony Award-winner Bryan Carter and Chad LB.
As an educator, Wiggs is the co-founder and Executive Director of Global Jazz Workshop alongside Artistic Director, Chad LB.
Alex Robbins
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO), ARTIST MANAGEMENT
Alex Robbins is a seasoned entertainment and media lawyer, representing both companies and individuals on transactional matters across the audio, audio-visual, and live event/theater industries.
He is currently counsel at Klaris Law PLLC and has previously worked at Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks P.C., as well as in business and legal affairs at major content studios such as Netflix and First Look Media.
As Chief Operating Officer of Bandstand, Alex oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic planning for both the company and the artists it represents.
A graduate of Skidmore College and Boston College Law School, Alex grew up playing drums in jazz combos and big bands, and is thrilled to be working with such an accomplished and inspiring group of artists.
Kate Williams
ARTIST MANAGEMENT, AGENT
Kate Williams is a manager, performer, composer and educator with extensive experience across the music industry.
Kate has held roles as an International Booking Agent at Music Works International, Festival Producer for the Panama Jazz Festival and Production Manager at Berklee College of Music. Her career has seen her perform alongside artists like Kygo, Edgar Meyer, Dream Theater, Nobuo Uematsu, and members of the Boston Ballet and Boston Symphony Orchestra.
She has booked major festivals and tours across Europe for artists such as Dianne Reeves, Christian McBride, Terence Blanchard, Joshua Redman, Kurt Elling, Vijay Iyer, Emmet Cohen, David Sanborn, among others.
A graduate of Berklee College of Music in Music Business Management, Kate has collaborated with iconic venues and promoters including the North Sea Jazz Festival, London Jazz Festival, Bimhuis, Ronnie Scott’s, Bozar Belgium, ElbPhilharmonie and more.
ARTIST MANAGEMENT, ADVANCING
Kevin Hrabak
Finishing a degree in Jazz Performance from the University of Texas at Austin, Kevin Hrabak is a trombonist, vocalist and artist manager at Bandstand Presents.
As a performer, Hrabak has performed with an impressive cast of artists including Marshall Gilkes, Mathis Picard, Mike Sailors, Andre Hayward, Danny Jonokuchi, Daniel Foose, Gerry Gibbs and Christian Wiggs.
As an artist manager, Hrabak represents GRAMMY-nominated Marshall Gilkes and trombonist Altin Sencalar.
Administratively, Kevin serves on the advancing and production team for pianist Emmet Cohen and media team for trumpeter Danny Jonokuchi.
Stepping in media, Hrabak was recently credited as a part of Bandstand’s production team that contributed to the pilot taping of “Jazz Tonight” — a new television show on PBS premiering in Fall 2024.
Alejandro Sifuentes
CHIEF CONTENT OFFICER (CCO)
Alejandro Sifuentes is a versatile creative professional with a passion for visual storytelling and design. Sifuentes has established his talent in video editing, motion graphics, camera operation, and graphic design.
With a rich background encompassing roles at esteemed organizations like CrossCutPictures, Los Angeles based Simulated Wood Grain Cabinet Inc, and L2 Productions, Alejandro has demonstrated a knack for elevating projects across various mediums, from television to corporate videos and beyond.
Sifuentes has created stunning artwork for artists including GRAMMY and Tony Award winner Bryan Carter, GRAMMY nominated Steven Feifke, Emmy nominated Benny Benack III, Danny Jonokuchi, Angie Pastor, John Lake, Elias Haslanger and Mike Sailors.
Sifuentes additionally co-leads the video production department for Global Jazz Workshop.
Izel Gaitan
SOCIAL MEDIA
A multifaceted creative, Izel Gaitan is a photographer, videographer, graphic designer, content creator and creative writer.
Recently graduating from East Texas Baptist University with a degree in Digital Arts, Gaitan serves as the Social Media Manager for Bandstand Presents and coordinator of Emmet Cohen Exclusive.
Gaitan has contributed artwork and online media for esteemed musicians including Emmy-nominated Benny Benack III, Christian Wiggs, Danny Jonokuchi, Altin Sencalar and Sam Dimov, creating the album design for his recent album “All Day Affair”.
Gaitan has captured numerous collegiate sporting events and recently has been credited contributing behind the scenes and performance photos of “Jazz Tonight” — a new television show on PBS premiering in Fall 2024.
